MGFPD sets two informational meetings

The Mulberry Grove Fire Protection District will hold two public meetings in the near future to inform area residents about its plans to expand its boundaries.
The informational meetings scheduled are:
• Saturday, Oct. 13 – Bethel Baptist Church, 5 p.m.,
• Saturday, Oct. 20 – Bear Grove Township building in Hagarstown, 5 p.m.
Mulberry Grove Fire Chief Dwight Volkmar said the district began the process of expanding its boundaries about being requested to do so by people living in rural areas.
