Merchants holding cutest baby contest

A group of downtown Vandalia merchants are holding a cutest baby contest to raise funds for the digital mammography machine at Fayette County Hospital.
The entry fee is $10, and votes will cost $1.
The contest will run through Olde Tyme Christmas in downtown Vandalia next month.
