First National Bank recently announced that Megan McCarty and Sam Stock, have been promoted to Junior Loan Officer. They started their new positions on April 17.
McCarty, a graduate of Vandalia Community High School, graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2010, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a specialization in management. She began her career at First National Bank in October 2010 as a loan clerk.
“It’s great to be part of a bank that supports the community as much as First National Bank does,” McCarty said. "I am looking forward to becoming a part of that banking tradition."
Stock, a St. Peter resident, graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in ag business and animal science. He began his career at First National Bank this past March, and will be located at First National Bank in Patoka.
“I am happy to be joining the First National Bank and look forward to continuing and expanding the bank's support and involvement in the Patoka community,” Stock said.
“We are excited to have both Megan and Sam join our lending team," said Steve Henna, chief lending officer.
"The continued support of our communities has given us the opportunity to expand our lending staff, and we are confident that their skills will help us achieve further success."
