Man arrested after stabbing

Charges are pending against a Shobonier man who allegedly stabbed another individual early Sunday morning.
According to Vandalia Police reports, officers were called to Cages at 215 S. Third St. at 12:31 a.m. for a report of a disturbance.
As a result of information gathered upon responding to the bar, police arrested Carl H.M. Sprague, 24, on charges of aggravated battery, unlawful use of a weapon by a felon and armed violence.
