Both high school fields at Vandalia Community High School have now been given naming rights.

Liberty Shops has purchased the naming rights to the high school softball field, according to Vandalia Field of Dreams President Tom Lucken.

Liberty Shops will own the naming rights to the field for the next five years at $3,000 per year.

Lucken said the committee plans to use the first installment to purchase a new scoreboard for the softball field.

Vandalia Mutual owns the naming rights on the baseball field.
