Lenten Luncheon series under way

The annual Lenten Luncheon series kicked off this week, with the opening event being held Wednesday at First Christian Church. John Glennon, pastor of Parkview Free Methodist Church, was the speaker.
Following is the list of locations and speakers for the upcoming weeks:
March 23 – First Church of God; Dan Ricketts, youth minister at First Assembly of God.
March 30 – St. James Lutheran; Al Schumacher.
April 6 – Mother of Dolors; Don Arndt of First Baptist Church.
April 13 – First United Methodist Church; Carl Burvall,  Christian Truck Stop.
April 20 – First Baptist Church; Mike Lewis, St. James Lutheran.
The Lenten Luncheon events run from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays during the Lenten season leading up to Easter.
