Food service courses
Kaskaskia College will offer two food service courses at the Vandalia Campus this summer.
The food service sanitation certification course will be held on Saturdays, July 7 and 14, from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. The registration number for the class is COOK 074 VA01W.
A food service sanitation refresher class will be held on Saturday, July 7, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The registration number is COOK 075 VA01W.
These courses are designed to provide the student with vital sanitary information applying to food service management.
