Jr. Lady Vandals go 2-1 in past week

The Vandalia eighth-grade girls basketball team went 2-1 over the past week.

In a 33-24 overtime to Litchfield last Thursday, Emma Meyer, Madison Klanke and Jensen Hollinshead each had six points, while Molly Kern had three, Lindsay Dagen had two and Anna Miller had one.

Last Friday, Vandalia beat Mulberry Grove, 38-17.

Meyer and Mikayla Ruot each had 10 points, while Kern had eight, Klanke and Bailey Arndt had four, and Tabitha Leigh had two.

On Tuesday, the Jr. Lady Vandals won at Greenville, 18-15.
