Jefferson Primary School will hold kindergarten pre-registration

Jefferson Primary School will hold kindergarten pre-registration at the school from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 10.
The pre-registration is for children who will be 5 years old before Sept. 1.
The children do not need to be present for pre-registration.
Parents are asked to provide at pre-registration: current physical information; immunization records; Social Security card; a certified birth certificate from the county courthouse; verification of chicken pox or vaccine; diabetes check; current dental exam information; and current vision exam information.
