Mayor Rick Gottman displays at Monday's city council meeting a photograph that was recently given to City Clerk Peggy Bowen and her staff. Gottman said that Randall Bresee had visited the office for assistance, and to thank Bowen and her staff, he enlarged and framed a photo of the Vandalia Statehouse that he had taken. Bowen is seated at the left of the photo.
