Visits Parents
Mitch Harpster of Cape Girardeau, Mo., spent Wednesday through Friday with his parents, Dane and Belinda Harpster of St. Peter. He helped on the family farm with harvest. On Saturday, Mitch, Gretchen, Owen and Aaron Harpster returned so that Owen, age 2½, could get the “farm experience.” They all returned home on Sunday.
Death
Lois Meyer, lifelong resident of St. Peter, died last Thursday. She had been living in a nursing home in Wentzville, MO.
Veterans Day Service
This Wednesday, the St. Peter Lutheran School children held a special Veteran’s Day chapel service honoring our local veterans. A light breakfast was held prior to the service. Jim Norman was the guest speaker.
Children Sing
On Sunday, the St. Peter Lutheran school children sang at St. Paul Lutheran Church in rural Shobonier.

Sunday morning attendance was 149.
Jamie Lotz was the organist. Erin Schroeder served as acolyte.
Jay Rothe and Curtis Jenne were attending elders.
