A Florida man faces up to 60 years in prison after being convicted of felony cannabis trafficking charges in Fayette County Circuit Court earlier this month.
A Fayette County jury deliberated only 80 minutes before returning two guilty verdicts in the trial for Luiz M. Diaz Guillen.
Guillen was found guilty of possessing more than 5,000 grams of cannabis with the intent to deliver and cannabis trafficking, with Fayette County Assistant State’s Attorney Matt Chancey serving as the prosecutor in the case.
