Field of Dreams and Park District reach agreement

The Vandalia Field of Dreams committee on Thursday received permission from the Park District to tear down the backstop at the high school softball field.

In addition, the Park District gave the committee $3,000 to put toward the renovation project.

Other maintanence agreements and communication details were also ironed out between the organizations.
