Fayette County Health Department is offering school immunization clinics for students entering kindergarten and grades 6-9 on July13 and Aug. 10, by appointment only.
Children entering kindergarten usually need the following three vaccines: Kinrix, M.M.R. and Varicella.
Students entering the sixth through ninth grades are required to have a TDaP.
The cost for vaccine administration for children is $23 for the first immunization, then $10 for each additional immunization given that day.
Illinois Department of Public Aid or Kid Care card is accepted.
