FCH receives IDPH grant to fund project

Fayette County Hospital has  been awarded a grant for $356,470 from the  Illinois Department of Public Health for the purchase of digital mammography and C-arm radiology equipment.
The hospital, through its Friends & Families Foundation, has been raising funds for about  a year in order to purchase the new technology, especially digital mammography.
In November 2011, the hospital applied for a grant from the Illinois Department of Public Health to assist with the fund-raising efforts.
