A storm that moved through Fayette County early Monday morning left widespread damage and electrical outages.
In fact, Fayette County was hit harder than any other Southern Illinois county, according to Fayette County Emergency Management Agency Coordinator Steve Koehler.
Koehler was wrapping up on Monday afternoon his assessment of that storm, which moved through the area shortly after midnight and may have included at least one tornado.
