ExxonMobil Annuitants

The ExxonMobil Annuitants Club met on Nov. 18 at noon for their luncheon and meeting at the Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia, with two guests and 21 members in attendance.
Pledge to the flag was given, followed by the meal prayer by Brock Fisher.
After the meal, President Dean Black called the meeting to order. Secretary/treasurer reports were given and approved.
Birthdays and anniversaries for November were read. Reports of several members with health issues were given.
Dues for the year 2011 were paid by several members.
Several jokes were told, followed by some Thanksgiving poems.
Several volunteered to provide games and decorations for the Christmas party which will be held on Dec. 16 at noon at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia.
Since there was no other business to discuss, the meeting was adjourned.
Those guests in attendance were Kenneth and Angie Hagen of Shelbyville. Members present were Dallas and Jo Fairley, Vera Miller, Butch and Martha Shelton, D.R. Caldwell, and Dorothy Meier, all of Altamont; Helen Wright and Bill Jones of Beecher City; Junior and Betty Williams and Elmer Feezel of Brownstown; Carolyn Johnson of Greenville; Don and LaVerne Laux of New Baden; Brock and Madelon Fisher of Shelbyville; and Cy Locke, Dave Crye, and Dean and Elloise Black of Vandalia.
