ExxonMobil Annuitants

The ExxonMobil Annuitants Club met on June 27 at Ponderosa Steakhouse in Vandalia, with 30 members and four guests present.
Vice President Mike Mulhern welcomed all members and guests, followed by the pledge to the flag. Brock Fisher gave the blessing before the meal.
After the meal, Mulhern called the meeting to order. The secretary and treasurer reports were read and approved.  Birthdays and anniversaries for June were also read.
Dean Black gave an update on his wife, Elloise, and thanked everyone for their continued cards, thoughts and prayers.
Madelon Fisher provided a game, “Are You Smarter Than a 60 Year Old?,” which is about remembering answers to TV shows and slogans of earlier days.
Mulhern announced that next meeting would be at noon on July 25 at the Chinatown Restaurant in Litchfield.
Following the meeting, members and guests are invited to Mike and Laura Mulhern’s for dessert of cake and ice cream.
