Engagement

Karli Waddell and Seth Kruenegel, both of Vandalia, have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The future bride is the daughter of Mike and Lori Waddell of Vandalia. She is a 2005 graduate of Vandalia Community High School and Kaskaskia College with a degree in respiratory therapy. She is currently employed at Springfield Memorial Hospital as a respiratory therapist.
The future groom is the son of Steve and Dawn Kruenegel of Salem. He is a 2004 graduate of Salem High School and Kaskaskia College with a degree in paramedics. He is currently employed at Greenville Regional Hospital as a paramedic.
The couple are planning a small private wedding on Friday, Sept. 30, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. A reception will be held on Saturday, Oct. 1, at the Vandalia Shrine Club.
