Engagement

Amanda Lynn Martie and Bartley Christian Hass, both of Troy, have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.

The future bride is the daughter of Tim and Tammy Martie of O’Fallon, and the granddaughter of Lindell and Iris Martie of Ramsey, and Maggie Davis of Vandalia.
She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and is currently employed as a marketing specialist for Lumerie Casino.
The groom is the son of Dennis and Charlene Hass of St. Charles, Mo., and the grandson of Thelma Dunger of St. Louis, Mo.
He is an entertainment supervisor at Lumerie Casino.
The couple are planning a sunset wedding on the beach in Destin, Fla., at 5 p.m. on April 27.
Friends and family members are invited to a reception at 6 p.m. on May 19 at the Gateway Center in Collinsville.
