Denny's to open on Aug. 21

The new Denny's restaurant in Vandalia is slated to open at 8 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 21.
Located next to the Fast Stop Travel Center at the western I-70 interchange, the Denny's is owned and managed by Dave Behrends.
He said that the 3,500-square-foot restaurant will have seating for 132 in booths and at the counter.
It will be open 24 hours per day.
