Sarah Laine Cripe and Kam Dale Hill, both of Vandalia, were united in marriage in a ceremony on Dec. 7, 2013, at First Christian Church in Vandalia.
The bride is the daughter of Martha and Ken Cripe of rural Vandalia.
She chose Tara Tarter as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Debbie Moore, Brandi Cripe and Macy Cripe.
Maddie Cripe and Emaleah Mays were flower girls.
The groom is the son of Ruthann and Bob Casey, and Rick and Faye Hill, both of Vandalia.
He chose Kyle Hill as his best man. Groomsmen were Nick Davison, Nathan Beall and Shawn Cripe.
Jake Cripe, Chase Woolsey and Ben Cripe were ushers, and Thacker Cripe was the ringbearer.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Brownstown High School and a 2005 graduate of Lake Land College.
She is a cosmetologist and co-owner of Maranatha’s Salon, Spa and Tanning in Vandalia.
The groom is a 1997 graduate of Vandalia Community High School, and he served in the Marine Corps for four years.
He is a welder with New York Blower Co. in Effingham.
The couple resides in Vandalia.
