Cougars are MTC volleyball champs

The South Central High School volleyball team won the Midland Trail Conference championship after defeating Grayville and Clay City last Friday during the MTC Tournament.

No. 2 seed South Central downed top-seeded Grayville, 25-22, 25-17, and No. 3 seed Clay City, 25-15, 25-10.
South Central (24-5) also beat Sandoval (25-8, 25-12) and Cisne (25-18, 25-19) during the tournament.
