St. Louis College of Pharmacy
Katie L. Ochs of Vandalia has been named to the dean’s list with honors for the spring 2010 semester at St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
To make the dean’s list with honors, students must earn at least a 3.5 grade-point average for the semester.
Ochs is the daughter of Vince and Cathy Ochs and is a 2005 graduate of Vienna High School.
Founded in 1864, STLCOP is the oldest college of pharmacy west of the Mississippi River.
Currently, it is the 12th-largest Doctor of Pharmacy program in the nation and one of more than 100 pharmacy schools in the United States.
Eastern Illinois University
Degrees have now been officially awarded to more than 1,500 Spring 2010 graduates at Eastern Illinois University.
Students were certified by their respective deans as having completed all requirements leading to the awarding of degrees.
The graduates include: Solomon E. Githinji, Farina, bachelor of arts; Melinda S. Carruthers, Ramsey, bachelor of science in business; Kevin J. Ratermann, Mulberry Grove, bachelor of arts; and Tiffany N. Strobel, bachelor of arts, and Sean Walker, bachelor of arts, both of Vandalia.
