Vandalia Community High School senior Shelby Cearlock signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Stephens College in Columbia, Mo., on Tuesday. Cearlock was the member of a VCHS girls squad that set a new single-season wins record, won the South Central Conference East Division for the first time, advanced to the Sweet Sixteen and finished with a 28-2 record.
