? A Vandalia Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours will be held from 5-8 p.m. at WPMB-WKRV Radio, which is celebrating its 50th annivesary.
? TOPS IL 1872, Ramsey, will meet at the Christian Church in Ramsey. Weigh-in is at 6:20 p.m., and the meeting is at 7 p.m.
? The Fayette County Board will hold a special meeting at 6 p.m. in the large courtroom at the Fayette County Courthouse in Vandalia. The meeting will be a closed session regarding litigation with the Fraternal Order of Police.
Saturday, December 21

? The American Farm Heritage Museum in Greenville will have its Christmas display lighted and holiday refreshments available from 5-9 p.m. every night through New Year's Eve. Admission is free, but donations are accepted. Santa will visit on Friday and Saturday evenings, and rides on the 1-mile train will be available for $3 for passengers ages 3 and over on Friday through Sunday evenings.
? The St. Elm/Brownstown Sports Boosters will hold a winter cookout on Saturday at the St. Elmo Holiday Tournament, starting at 3 p.m. The menu will include: ribeye sandwich and chips, $7; porkburger and chips, $5; and hot dog and chips, $3.
