Brownstown Teachers Go Red for Women

The staff within the Brownstown School District recently participated in the ‘Go Red for Women’ campaign sponsored by the American Heart Association. The AHA event is a reminder that heart disease is the No. 1 killer of women in America. Thirty–four participants from the elementary school and junior-senior high school raised $170, which will be contributed to the Jump Rope For Heart program to be held Feb. 14-17 during elementary physical education. Participating staff members are shown above.
