Felony charges have been filed against a Brownstown High School student who allegedly threatened another student through the networking website Facebook.
Fayette County State’s Attorney Joshua Morrison said that he has charged the 15-year-old student with three counts of intimidation and one count of interference with an educational institution.
Each of the two charges is a Class 3 felony punishable by up to five years in prison. Because of his age, the youth is being prosecuted through juvenile proceedings.
