A St. Elmo resident who has worked at keeping the Fayette County Courthouse clean for more than two decades was recognized on Monday for helping to keep his community clean.
Brad Williams received the Citizen of the Year Award from Mayor Jayson Porter on Monday evening as St. Elmo’s three-day Labor Day Celebration came to a close.
Williams was one of four nominees for the award, which is sponsored by the St. Elmo Business Association.
