The Hunter brothers did a lot of damage during Brownstown's 9-1 win against Patoka in the championship game of the Ramsey Tournament last Friday.

The elder Colten Hunter, a senior, pitched a complete game, striking out six, and also scored twice.

Austin Hunter, a junior, was 3-for-4, with four runs and an RBI.

Brownstown (3-0) also got a pair of runs from senior Brady McDowell and one from sophomore Jacob Behrends.

Sophomore Eric Gurtner had a pair of doubles and three RBI. Senior Eddie Carson drove in three runs on a triple.

Four Bombers had a stolen base in the game.

All the offense came off of Patoka's ace, junior Jake Orrell, who tossed six innings, but allowed nine runs on 11 hits. He struck out six.

The Warriors (2-2) had a runner at third in the second and fourth innings, but failed to produce a run until the fifth.

In that inning, Clinton Hood walked and later scored on an error.

John Houston, Seth Allen, Johnnie Clift and Mark Rogers each had one of Patoka's four hits.
