A card shower has been requested for Betty Snyder of Vandalia, who will celebrate her 90th birthday this Saturday.

She was born on Aug. 16, 1924, in Fayette County. She married Ivan “Jim” Snyder; he is now deceased.
She is the mother of Bonnie Hall and Doris Kelly of Pana; Leroy Snyder, Shirley Ray and Lary Snyder of Vandalia; and Carolyn Burrus of Bingham. A son, Kenneth Snyder, is deceased.
