Barnes – Peddie

Rachel Barnes and David Peddie have announced their engagement and upcoming wedding.
The future bride is the daughter of Gary and Javonda Barnes of St. Louis. Grandparents are John and Dorothy Barnes of Patoka, and Jennie and the late Joe Harner of Brownstown.
She received her undergraduate social science degree in 2007 from Hope International University in Fullerton, Calif. She is employed by Hope as an undergraduate admissions counselor, while completing requirements for a graduate degree in marriage and family therapy.
