This week’s Mystery Banks Photo: This picture, taken in 1983, shows four Ramsey High School students – two of whom were graduates that year. The ones on the far left and far right still live in the Ramsey area. The one second from the left lives in Vandalia and the one second from the right lives in rural Bingham.
