Pitcher Justin Atwood was named the Most Valuable Player of the Vandalia’s men’s slo-pitch softball league after he helped Buckstop Archery to a 23-1 record and the league title.
Six other Buckstop players were also awarded.
The league wrapped up its regular season on Tuesday, and began a single-elimination tournament on Wednesday.
The finishing order of that tourney will determine the seeding of the end-of-season double elimination tournament that begins next Tuesday.
