Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Maurice D. Trexler of Vandalia will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary this Friday.

Maurice Dean Trexler and Norma June Hines met in high school, and they were married on Aug. 17, 1947, in Mayfield, Ky.
Their attendants were Gerald Ritter and Beulah (England) Ritter.
Maurice is retired from the State of Illinois Drivers License Facility. June is retired from Fidelity Federal Savings and Loan.
They are the parents of four children: Charles Trexler and his wife Joyce of Vandalia, Robert Trexler and his wife Renee of Vandalia, the late Kathy Trexler of Vandalia and Kent Trexler of Athens. They have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The Trexlers recently celebrated with several family members on a trip to Branson, Mo.
