Adermann-Conrath

Samantha Jo Conrath and Matthew Tyler Adermann, both of Taylorville, were joined in marriage at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011, in a double-ring ceremony at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Vandalia, with the Rev. Peter Kolb officiating.

Parents of the couple are Ron and Teresa Wiltsie of Edinburg, and Keith and Gerri Conrath of Taylorville; and Merle and Georgi Adermann of Vandalia.
Grandparents of the couple include Lester and Irene Althoff of Taylorville, Edwin and Margaret Adermann of Vandalia, Jean and the late George Stombaugh of Vandalia, and the late Yancy and Marcheta Conrath of Edinburg.
The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father. Maids of honor were Cassie Conrath, sister of the bride, and Krista Findlay, friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Tiffany Stork, Jessica Wiltsie, Carli Wiltsie, Katie Adermann and Jenni Dittrich. Flower girls were Mattie Brown, Lola Hackney and Madelyn Dittrich.
Serving as best man was Darin Brown, nephew of the groom. Groomsmen were Zac Stombaugh, Montt Beckett, Mitch Casey, Ryan Chappell and Jake Blanchetti. Guests were ushered to their seats by Rick Downing, Mike Dittrich and Jake Argo. Ring bearer was Lane Argo.
A reception for the couple was held after the ceremony at the American Legion Home in Vandalia.
The couple enjoyed a honeymoon at the Sandals Resort in the Negril, Jamaica.
They will make their home in Taylorville, where Matthew is currently a fireman for the city of Taylorville. Samantha is employed with Pacific Management as a Section 8 coordinator in Springfield.
