The annual Academic Challenge was held at Kaskaskia College on Feb. 7. Students from 17 high schools in the KC district competed in the areas of biology, chemistry, computer science, engineering graphics, English, math and physics. Individual students from Mulberry Grove who won awards were: Ryan Raetz, third in engineering graphics; and Dylan Waggoner, tie for second in math.
