A GROWING Fayette County, IL based distribution company is seeking a customer service professional. If you possess a strong background in customer service and are knowledgeable in e-commerce and accounting software, we would like to hear from you. In addition to customer service responsibilities, this position will also be responsible for data entry into our accounting system. Experience with inventory management and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, EDI/SAP and some knowledge of MS Excel/Access software, is requested. Additionally, a working knowledge of web-based software and ecommerce platforms is beneficial. In addition to the customer service support and expertise, this position would involve a significant degree of customer interaction over the phone. Customer service duties would involve answering telephones and monitoring email boxes to assist our customers and clients. This is a full time position, and no travel is required. Extensive training is provided, and their is potential for management and supervisory promotion. The ideal candidate would have a customer service background and possess technical knowledge and skills in the above software programs. An ability to work closely with other teams members, independently solve problems and maintain a positive attitude is required.
